The team will meet for 10 weeks beginning September 13th on Mondays and Wednesdays after school until 5:15. Girls must be able to attend both practices each week. The season ends with a 5K Celebration on Saturday, November 20th, at Sawyer Point.

Registration is now open and will close September 1st at 11:59 PM. If more than 16 girls apply, a random lottery will be conducted on September 3rd. If fewer than 16 girls apply, all girls’ registrations will be processed on September 3rd.

Chipotle Dine-Out Night

Chipotle will be hosting Mercer's first dine-out night of the school year! Whether you dine in or take out, you can support our awesome Mercer Eagles on September 14th from 4-8 PM at Chipotle (7630 Beechmont Ave.) Please show this flyer on your phone. You may also print it out or use the promo code (2LJGLBN) when ordering online, and Mercer will receive 33% of all orders. Hope to see you there!

2020/2021 Yearbooks

The Mercer 2020-2021 yearbooks will arrive the week of September 20th. If you have not placed your 2020-2021 yearbook order, the sales site is still open, and you can place your order at Jostens.com. If you are unsure about your order status, please contact Diana Ellis. The cost of the Mercer 2021 yearbook is $17.00, and the yearbook will have 112 pages. It is a yearbook your child will want to have. There are many wonderful memories and many beautiful smiles!

Please disregard all emails you have received from Jostens this week regarding sales of the 2021-2022 yearbooks. We have not opened sales for the 2022 Mercer Yearbook and will not do so until the sales of last year’s yearbooks are closed and all yearbooks are distributed. There will be a notification in the Bits & Pieces when the sales site for 2022 is open.

Wow! A huge thank you to everyone who donated to Project Backpack! Because of your support, we were able to provide school supplies to 30 students! We appreciate you!

I'm excited to announce a new initiative this year called Nurturing the Nest. Many of you have asked for a parent support group - an opportunity to ask, discuss and share parenting concerns and issues. Our first informal get together will be on Wednesday, September 15th, at 9:30 AM. More information will be coming soon!
