Activity funds
Click here to pay for 6th grade activities with classrooms and the district, including a t-shirt, Muffins with Ma'ams, Donuts with Dudes, and classroom parties. Payments due by Wed Oct 12. Parents can also join the PTO through the site.
District permission slips
Two permission slips for district activities must be signed by parents and returned to 6th grade activities chairs via the front office or email by Fri Sep 30.
Yearbook
The 6th grade gets special attention in the yearbook with baby pictures and Love Lines, special messages to the kids. The deadline is Fri Sep 30 to send these items to the yearbook chair. Follow the instructions in the Overview.

Parent/guardian volunteers needed
Fall and Winter Class Parties -- The 6th grade needs parent volunteers to lead fall and winter class parties. Activities include planning with teachers, buying supplies, and leading the in-class events at 3 p.m. on Oct 28 or Dec 16. Sign up here.
Other Events -- 6th grade is a big year and we need your help to make it amazing for our kids. We are looking for volunteers to help with our activities this year. Don't worry, you won't be alone! Wed Jan 11: First ski club meeting; auditions for The Lion King Jr. musical
Mon Jan 23: Tiffany Brennan attends general PTO meeting at 5:30 p.m. to discuss Nagel
Mon Mar 20: Parent Academy and Incoming 7th Grade Parent Information Session
Fri Mar 24: Muffins with Ma'ams. 6th graders bring their favorite gal for a breakfast treat
Thu Apr 20: 6th Grade Family Open House Night at Nagel
Fri Apr 21: Donuts with Dudes. 6th graders invite their favorite dude for a breakfast treat
Fri Apr 21: Variety Show Tryouts
Fri May 5: 6th grade Olympics. Students participate in fun activities against the other Forest Hills elementary schools. This is during the school day and not typically attended by parent spectators. Rain date is Fri May 12.
Thu May 11: Dress rehearsal for variety show during school hours

Vaccinations for 7th grade
The Ohio Department of Health determines the immunizations required for school attendance. 7th grade students are required to receive 2 vaccines prior to entry:

One dose of Tdap vaccine on or after the 10th birthday
